Brazil, once again.
After a whole week devoted to Ticardo Campello, this week will again focus on a brazilian guy. The wave champion 05, Kauli Seadi.
23 years old, 1m74 for 70Kg. Like Ricoardo campello, he's not off standards. But what makes him so different? His website shows us a bit of his personality.
First competition year is taken place in 1999. He's getting lots of trophies like the Maui Race Series by Quicksilver. The year 2000 is less productive as he stepped on the higher level of competition. But 2001 will be the year. Freestyle champion in Spain, second in freestyle in Prince of the lake. Now is the time when he can become a star or a professional windsurfer. 2002 puts lots of doubts in his mind and he doesn't get any prices this year. But after 3 years of hard work (6hours per day), Kauli Seadi gets the wave world champion title.
His dad plays the role of agent and personal coach; a staff follows him for all medical and food stuff. His website shows that he's in now; and ready to make himself a place on the top. His sponsors are Quatro, Mormaii and Naish.
Ricardo did succeed to keep his title two years on the row; we wish the same thing to Kauli.
